We can make a replacement or refund when:
- The order has not been delivered after 30 business days from the shipping date.
- The product has an original defect, after review of the case and corresponding evidence.
When a refund is due, the product must be returned following our instructions. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Products purchased with a discount, promotion or special price are not refundable, except in cases of origin defect or other situations applicable in accordance with current legislation.
