Orders placed by Friday at 1:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following Tuesday.

- Coverage: only within Mexico
- Guide: You will receive your tracking number by email or phone once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and destination address. Tracking is done directly with Correos de México using your tracking number.

We can make a replacement or refund when:
- The order has not been delivered after 30 business days from the shipping date.
- The product has an original defect, after review of the case and corresponding evidence.
When a refund is due, the product must be returned following our instructions. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Products purchased with a discount, promotion or special price are not refundable, except in cases of origin defect or other situations applicable in accordance with current legislation.
